Mirto di Gallura
2006: there's something new at the Winery. This year, our range has been expanded by presentation on the market of our liqueur "MIRTO DI GALLURA".
The myrtle, a plant growing wild in Sardinia, is an ornamental species typical of the Mediterranean. On the Island, in the territory of Gallura, the aromas of the myrtle plant fill the air: the same aromas are found in the typical liqueur "MIRTO DI GALLURA" from Cantina di Monti, obtained from an ancient recipe, by means of infusion in a solution of water and alcohol in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This liqueur's intense, characteristic aroma, pleasant taste and bitter aftertaste, medium intense suave purple colour, and fine bottle with attractive labelling, all invite you to meditative pleasant tasting.
