Palate: Slightly acid, distinct mineral feel, rich, fat, long lingering finish.
STORAGE
Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.
SERVING
Tall, fairly wide goblet, serving temperature 12-15 °C.
MATCHINGS
