VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE
Rosé with partial pomace maceration.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Rosé with copper tinges.
Nose: Delicate, suave bouquet.
Palate: Delicately vinous, dry, fruity.

STORAGE
Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.

SERVING
Medium large goblet, without flared rim, serving temperature 14-15 °C.

MATCHINGS
